EDUCATOR
PEDAGOGY
I come from a family of educators who are passionate about fostering an educational environment rooted in learning; I believe that growing up in this setting gave me an insight on the importance of who is in front of the classroom. During my journey as a student, I accumulated experience working as a teaching assistant in both my master's and bachelor's degree, which confirmed my desire to be part an educator.

I understand the impact educators can have on students and how film can be a tool for inner growth and transformation. I hope to find a platform where I can work with future generations of storytellers to help them find their voices, to embrace their differences, and use film as a vehicle for social change. Combining my appreciation for filmmaking and education is my ultimate goal. I want to be able to pass down my knowledge and be a reflection for students that are part of historically underrepresented communities.
